Hot..hot..hot sambal but it's tasty

Today I managed to make 'Sambal tomato' with thailand chilli and hot 'sambal terung ' for dinner. The ingredients were very simple. All you have to do is to grind all the ingredients (except the vege) and then fried. But you must not miss the 'belacan' since it is the one that make the sambal very tasty.

So far this is the best belacan in Brunei which I like most

Is that prawn paste smelly? So far...I prefer to buy the Batu Marang prawn paste. Is it a local product? and how much?

hahaha..iatah tu batu marang belacan...yang paling terkenal...$10 satu container
